We only accept a select number of projects each year to keep our standards high. If you're planning a project, get in touch early to secure your spot.
It depends on the size, location and type of extension. Many projects fall under permitted development, but conservation areas, listed buildings and larger extensions need an application. We assess it at your consultation and guide you through Surrey's planning process.
If your extension is built on or near a boundary shared with a neighbour, you may need a party wall agreement. It's a legal requirement to inform neighbours and agree on the work. We'll advise if it applies and recommend trusted party wall surveyors.
